D21568: Dock for Hypothesis Testing

REVISION SUMMARY
  This is an experimental dock. It is at a very initial stage. Please suggest me what all changes need to be done broadly.
  
  I still have to connect buttons (combo box buttons of columns with a tree view on tests).

TEST PLAN
  Right Click inside the spreadsheet to get the context menu.
  
  Just above "Pivot Table" submenu there is "Hypothesis Test" submenu
  
  In "Hypothesis Test submenu" go to T-test.
  
  and then select columns under heading "column 1" and "column 2" and then press OK button.
  
  A message box will appear showing the result.
