Rebuild and Redesign Edu.kde.org Website

Hello,
I'm Himanshu and I had the idea to update the edu.kde.org website. I'd of
course first like to hear the opinion of the KDE-Edu Community on this
proposal.
Here is what I'd concretely like to do:

   - Rebuild the website with Hugo to move away from the current deprecated
   framework.
   - Redesign as per the latest trends and needs.
   - Update all outdated data with the latest provided data.
   - Any other changes if required.

I would like to work on this project as a KDE SOC Student.
