D25645: New UI to allow the user to modify the stretch being used.

  Moved from QCheckBox to QPushButton for the stretch and auto buttons.
  Auto button is only enabled when it makes sense.
  Sorry, the blank auto-button is a little wider when disabled,
  couldn't figure out how to avoid that.
