Retire Rocs mailing list in favor of general Edu list

Hi, the Rocs mailing list is quite unused for several years now. So, I want to 
propose that we retire it and fall back to the kde-edu at kde.org mailing list 
for any Rocs related discussions. In average there were less than ~10 mails 
per year on the Rocs list.

Are there any objections to this? If I do not get any objections within the 
next 7 days, I will create a sysadmin ticket to request the retirement.
