D16052: Disable --simple-promt Sage parameter for now

REVISION SUMMARY
  Sagemath 8.4rc is out and https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/25363 is still now merged. Instead of keeping bumping the version for every new Sage release, disable the code calling --simiple-prompt until support is merged upstream.

  Sage backend runs with Sage 8.4rc
