D15837: Fix for the Dome interface

  Same situation with the RollOff Simulator. The INDI Control panel shows:
  
    2018-10-03T08:19:51: [INFO] Dome is unparked. 
    2018-10-03T08:19:51: [INFO] Roof is open. 
    2018-10-03T08:19:41: [INFO] Roll off is unparking... 
    2018-10-03T08:19:18: [INFO] Dome is parked. 
  
  But the log in the scheduler shows
  
    2018-10-03T10:19:41 Unparking dome...
