  I confirm the intent is to update the frame count each time an image is received by Capture (CAPTURE_IMAGE_RECEIVED).
  If the frame count doesn't change, the reason is elsewhere. I'll check that in the context of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397970 too.
