Italian files for ktouch

Hello,
I converted (for version 2.0+ of ktouch) layout and course file taken from
the most important FLOSS Italian book on computer science: "Appunti di
Informatica Libera" <http://appunti.linux.it/a2/>. (translated: "Free
Computer Science Notes".)

I hope they can be included in the next version of ktouch.
