D14684: Fixes for the Scheduler and Capture modules

  @wreissenberger I think I understand what happens in the log:
  
  > "Job 'Kocab' 1x1\"  sees 0 captures in output folder '/var/tmp/kstars_tests/Kocab/Light/Luminance/Light'."
  
  When the capture is stored, it goes to:
  
  > "FITS" file saved to "/var/tmp/kstars_tests/Kocab/Light/Luminance/Light_001.fits"
  
  So yes, we're in a situation where the "output folder" is incorrect...
  Now, why is the exact same scheduler file is working on my side, mmmh... I'll compare with my own log of your test vector.
