  I just stumbled in the situation where there is no "Track" checked, but the Capture module decides a meridian flip is required! This one is indeed unexpected :)
  That's really an edge case... What should we do? Probably not engage the flip, if the end-user doesn't want the Scheduler to touch the mount...
