REVISION SUMMARY
  WORK IN PROGRESS
  Type for the captured frame map.
  Update captured frame map when a capture completes.
  Remove use of seqCount/Current/etc.

TEST PLAN
  Much testing needed, will rework when finished.
  Please test on your side.
  
  Current status is that a bug (in the Scheduler or in what I changed) forwards 0 frames completed on a multi-job sequence.
