REVISION SUMMARY
  This diff repositions all the components in all the elements to good co-ordinates to view them clearly on default zoom on all screen sizes.

TEST PLAN
  1. Tested on all screen sizes for PC by resizing window.   Result: Components are well positioned and did not encounter any hiding/overriding.
  
  2. Tested on 4.5 and 5 inch screen mobile devices.  Result: Components are well positioned and did not encounter any hiding/overriding and no difficulty in connecting the terminals.
