D11911: Fix sound not working by using QtMultimedia API instead of Phonon

  OK my mistake- I thought I had tested other KDE sounds/notifications (they worked at one time); it appears system issue on my side (Neon VLC backend).   I'd rather use a Qt library than Phonon for something as simple as this program IMHO.  Should I abandon this?
