[kde-soc participation]

Hello everyone,

Is "LabPlot" participating in "kde-soc" this time around.

If so, than I saw that there is a pending project from last GSoc(i.e
GSoC-17),(Statistical Analysis <https://community.kde.org/GSoC/2017/Ideas>
related)/Or any other from workboard, I was willing to participate.
