KDE Edu sprint 7th to 9th October in Berlin

How does reimbursement work in the case of sprints? Is it just travel
and food + lodging is provided? Or are we supposed to find lodging?

I would ideally want to join the KDE team for QWS, but how much time
would be staffing/volunteering vs working on the sprint?
