Parley: Greek grammar

I have created a Greek grammar file for Parley, attached in 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=360164.

Is there any way to 'commit' it, so as to be uploaded to 
https://edu.kde.org/parley/locale/ ?
