This year the country has oficially adopted the short name Czechia.
The short name has been entered to the UNTERM and UNGEGN databases in July 2016.
Czechia is used in iso_3166 since September 2016.

This is a followup to 
https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/129644/
As suggested by Albert Astals Cid, fixing the name in i10n is not enough: 
country names are hardcoded in many places and they need to be fixed separately.
