KTouch UX trouble - can't select course to start

Hello.

I am in a deep frustration because I can't figure out how to start a Dvorak course from /usr/share/apps/ktouch/courses/us.dvorak1.xml in KTouch 2.3.0.

1. I open KTouch
2. It asks me to create a profile
3. I create an "experienced" one
4. It shows me an "English (US) (auto-generated)" course and "Start Training" button.
5. There is an arrow button which switches me to Custom Lessons view.
6. I can see Dvorak courses in "Course and Keyboard Layout Editor", but there is no ability to start it.
