Some FIXME's in the docbook with questions:
  Removed para about fonts, apparently khangman installs Dustismo_Roman + Domestic_Manners fonts -> correct?
  Special characters how to type them? 
  No difficulty levels in KF5?
  Score Multiplying Factor -> cannot change this value, usecase?
