Release candiate for LabPlot v2.1.0

Hi,

today we want to announce the release candidate for v2.1.0. We'll spend the 
next couple of days with testing and polishment. No additional features will 
be implemented during this time. If no bigger issues will be found, we'll 
release v2.1.0 soon. The source code of the release candidate is available 
here:

Everybody is welcome to test and to provide any kind of feedback on the new
