Changing the licence of parley's editor model classes from GPL to LGPL

Only these people left to give their consent. Each should have
received my previous e-mail. In case we get no reply, is there some
period of time when we can assume they aren't going to respond or
don't check those e-mail addresses anymore (i.e. due diligence) and
just change the license anyway? Maybe a month or something?
