Hi techsayan, I am not a very experienced developer but I like your idea of teaching division to children, therefore I will like to add some suggestions :).

As Bruno sir said, entering floor of the answer like '7 for the problem 23/3' won't be a good idea. Rather what you can do is present children with a dividend and divisor, and then ask them to find the quotient and remainder. With this, children will get more familiar with division's terms and they will also be able to get good practice of division.

Also while creating your activity, if possible, keep the time limit high and same for all the levels (like done in 'subtraction of numbers' activity, its the perfect example), as Gcompris focuses on all children, time limit should remain high.

And as Bruno sir mentioned, Division as a whole subject will be tough for a specific activity, hence rather this can be an activity which focuses only on practising basic division and its terms (like dividend, divisor, quotient and remainder).

Regards
Pulkit - These are just my suggestions, you don't really have to focus on them, if you don't want to :)
