Jenkins job rocs_stable_qt5 failed on branch stable-kf5-qt5

Jenkins job rocs_stable_qt5 fails on Linux/CI due to requiring Qt 5.4 [1].

Shouldn’t the logical dependencies thus be set for branch group 'stable-kf5-qt5’
to the last successful stable release 'Applications/14.12’?
