The toolbar will contain these few buttons ->
  * Settings
  * About KHangMan
  * About KDE
  * Show Handbook
  * Get Hot New Stuff
Since the user can feel the need to use them anytime and not just when the game is going on, they are placed in a separate toolbar which will always be visible, unlike the bottom toolbar that the user has access to only when he is playing the game.
