Frameworks status for KDE Edu

These two issues are now fixed. The remaining issues are small enough 
that I plan to merge "kmplot" later this day, together with "kturtle", 
which I think is also ready to get merged. Both projects still use 
KDELibs4Support, though.

Any objections?
