KWordQuiz master is now kf5 based

KWordQuiz has been ported to kf5 and seems stable enough for the release
after Applications/14.12, so the frameworks branch has been merged to
master now. Could someone please update the translations accordingly? I've
updated the i18n branch names on projects.kde.org and will update the
dependency data next.
