new Kanboard project

Hey all,

In discussing parley with Inge I realized we have a lot of tasks we
could/should share, so I asked for and got a Kanboard for Kde Edu [1]
and added some tasks from the frameworks porting wiki page and some we
came up with in #kde-edu. Feel free to add more, edit, take tasks,
etc. as you like. I bet we can get the kf5 porting tasks done by the
next release in the spring if we push and try to get new maintainers
for unmaintained applications and such.
