This patch adds support for Geogebra's Polygon-by-n-points, Reflection-in-point, Reflection-in-Line, Reflection-in-circle ( Reflection-in-circle doesn't support reflection of polygons though ), Dilate, Translate, Vector  objects/transformations in Kig.
