Thanks for the detailed reviews! The new diff applies all suggestions from the first review and by this implicitely touches the issues pointed out by the second review.
The only exception is that I did not part sentence about graph colors and view ajdustments into two sentences. My reason is that I see the graph coloring as a purely UI feature that only helps distinguishing the plots (similiar to scaling the view), and hence both features belong together.
