Parley Maintainership

Hi,

I haven't been active working on Parley for quite some time.
Inge and Amarvir have lately been interested in Parley and just told me that 
they'd like to take over maintainership for Parley together.

I think this is a great idea and give Parley over to them, hopefully there 
will be more progress again.

I'll try to be around and comment on patches a bit, but wish you two good look 
taking Parley to the next level.
