The next file format / BoF at Akademy Thursday 9:30 - 11:30

Hi, bevor giving detailed feedback to this proposal, a short 
announcement:

Inge and me found a free time slot at Akademy's thursday, 9:30 - 
11:30 where we want to wrap up loose ends of this (and the to 
come) discussions.

If you will be at Akademy and are interested in this BoF, but *not* 
available at the registered time, please say so such that we can 
try to find a better meeting time.
