Updated ktouch problems

It would introduce an additional runtime dependency for KTouch. It's a Python 
script so the Python interpreter has be installed.

I've have written the script to convert the existing course repository to new 
format, using Python instead of C++ reduced development time for it 
considerably. Unfortunately it makes it unsuitable for the main application.
