Hi,
1. You can compile and install the old KTouch by yourself (tested to
compile even on KDE 4.12):
ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/4.9.5/src/ktouch-4.9.5.tar.xz
2. You can try to recompile a package from Debian Wheezy:
https://packages.debian.org/wheezy/ktouch
http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/rebuilding-ubuntu-debian-linux-binary-package/
3. You can use conversion scripts to convert your data to the new version:
https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdeedu/ktouch/repository/revisions/master/show/extras/scripts
Hope that helps.
Best regards,
Yuri
