layout to the KTouch files?

Hi Andreas,

I made the Belgian azerty keyboard file for KTouch and send it over to
you on 11 December 2009, but it is still not added as a standard keyboard
Therefore i am sending it again as an attachment.
A lot of my friends are using Ktouch now but I always have to go over to
install Belgian-azerty.keyboard.xml.
Please add it to the menu "Training -> Keyboard layout"
