Tools in Rocs

[Babulnath Kulkarni]

Hi
I have installed the Graph Theory IDE Rocs  and am struggling to get the
tools going. However the tools from the top menu do not appear to be
installed. What could be the reason? I could not find any forum so I am
posting the question here. I need it for the Graph Theory research.
