In the meanwhile I've reached Håvard Frøiland (the original maintainer) and he 
has remove everything KTouch-related from SourceForge. All what's left now is 
a redirection form http://ktouch.sf.net to 
http://edu.kde.org/applications/all/ktouch and a relocation notice on the 
project overview page[0].
