GSoC mentors for Step?

Hi

There is a GSoC proposal submitted for Step. However, there are no
'Possible mentors' listed. I asked around and I didn't find any
potential mentors.

I'm writing this to ask if there is anyone who will be able to mentor
this project.

I would've liked to mentor that myself, but I don't know anything
about Step's internals. It seems like an original proposal, and it
would be good to have some more love for Step.
