Fwd: Ktouch: Thanks and European Portuguese keyboard XML file.

Hi everyone,

I did a review of the keyboard layout. After a few minor changes by me I think 
it's ready to ship. I already added it two ktouch/next, but I'm don't if it's 
okay to commit it to master branch after the feature freeze so I didn't. Are 
data files considered a feature?

If it's okay, I will add it to master, too.
