Hi Andreas,

I've been working on a turkish dvorak-f keyboard lecture for a while.
It's tested and ready to use and attached. I also found a turkish
dvorak-f keyboard layout file (and corrected a key) from a previous
version of ktouch and since it's not in later versions, I'm attaching
it, too.

Could you please consider adding these to the next release of ktouch?

PS. I enjoy ktouch a lot, great touch type tutor, appreciate it!
