Rocs TODO file

Hi, after working a lot with Rocs for my research these days, I just created a page at techbase.kde.org to gather my thoughts/ideas 
of all the small things I want to do for the next Rocs release. Also I want to merge (and update the mostly outdated) contents of the 
TODO file from the Rocs source directory and put into the TODO file only a link to the wiki-page.

Wagner, Tomaz, is that ok for you?
