Kturtle Bengali installer for kubuntu

I've translated the kturtle.po file and get the output in Bengali in my
locale machine.Also sent the file to the Moderator.

I want to make a installer for Kubuntu which allows to install kturtle in
Bengali at the time of installation.How Do I proceed?
