[kde-edu]: Cantor and KAlgebra

Hello,

I fixed bug 258286 of cantor today (well, in a way, that works
for me, probably there is a better way).
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=258286

But I still have two questions:

a) After recompiling cantor I have to reinstall it.
   (sudo make install)
   How can I make cantor recognize new versions of the plugins
   without reinstalling?

b) How can I install the KAlgebra? The plugin is not available
   within the self-compiled cantor version. (I got the cantor
   sources from git).
