Rocs licensing

Hi
I just wanted to inform you guys that i've added a set of licenses to rocs (
albeit, i kind of messed up the 4.7 branch history and i'm sorry for that ),
and just wanted to know if it was possible for the rocs developers to bump
the LGPL 2 licensed code to LGPL 2.1.
