[Kig] Coordinate Precision

To all people interested in Kig development,

I'm checking bug 262694 (actually a feature request). While current
coordinate precision is done by means of a formula depending on the
document rectangle, I was thinking we could add an entry in the
Settings menu called "Specify Coordinate Precision..." which would
open a dialog with a checkbox labeled "Use suggested precision" which
means calculating it the same way we are calculating it now, and when
unchecked it would enable a spin box labed "Specify a coordinate
precision:". That setting would be saved in the document and used in
any later display of coordinates.

Sounds good? If we agree on this I could code the feature up and have
it on the review board this week.
