[kde-edu]: Generic KDE Meeting for discussing Google Code-In

There's a meeting at #kde-soc on freenode in about 15 minutes, to
discuss ideas for Google Code-In. This is mostly for mentors and
developers, rather than potential Code-In students.

I don't know why I didn't post this here in the first place. I'm sorry
