Summary
-------

When building Parley from trunk and practicing, I can not go to next question, the continue button does nothing. In a terminal i get an error output when i click this button saying that the slot MCQueryDlg::continueButtonClicked is missing.

Apparently this slot changed a while ago, but in some connect, it has not been updated. See the fix.
