[kde-edu]: proposal - move to git as soon as 4.4 is out.

Are you sure this is a good idea?
This would be the first app inside KDE (not in extragear) to be in
gitorious. That would mean it wouldn't be together with the rest of the
module... :/

Note that i'm not talking about technical advantages of git over svn, but I
think kdeedu should move all at once.
