Thank you for looking into this.

I am somewhat hesitant to the whole idea since the goal is to keep KWordQuiz 
simple. But since there is a wish and you want to do it, I think we can add 
the feature.

I would suggest adding an action with a toolbar button that is hidden by 
default and a shortcut.

My interpretation of the report is that it should be possible to reverse both 
correct and incorrect scores. I don't know how important that is.

You will probably have to modify the score widget also to allow changing the 
counts of corrects and errors without changing the answer count.
