[kde-edu]: Octave backend for Cantor - Any interest?

I really thought that tabs were provided by the part, I saw all programs
that use it have tabs. KTextEditor should really be good enough, I'm just
gathering ideas.

I would like to work on a backend, so it really has nothing to do with text
editor features.
