[kde-edu]: Basic Swedish-English words and expressions vocabulary

Hello there,

I have been using KWordQuiz for my basic Swedish vocabulary training,
and found it to be quite effective. Thank you for all your efforts.

Since no prior Swedish/English vocabularies exist in the contributed
files, I thought I should share it. It is a somewhat comprehensive
vocabulary for basic words and phrases.

I hope it will be of use.
